Default upgrade to two piston rear

I have a 04 1500. I want to upgrade to a SSS or SUV 2 piston rear caliber with bracket and rotor. I also want to know if the SSS has a different front brake setup than the the 1500's as well. I am planing on doing the rear brake swap, different pads all the way around, and SS brake lines. I tow some heavy trailers that do not have brakes on them.

better off to do a big brake kit upgrade with hawk pads and the ss brake lines you're already planning on doing.. you'll be more pleased with it.

I really dont want to upgrade to larger wheels though... thats the problem I have with doing a big brake kit.

then upgrade to stainless braided instead of the rubbers, and some hawkpads, possible slotted rotors that should make a substantial difference, or even a hydroboost system if you wanter, Im not sure about the 2pistons if they do work or not, but I think brakes are the least of your problems pulling heavy *** trailers with a 1500 and a 4l60e imo

SSBC makes replacement calipers that have alot more clamping force then the stockers and you dont have to get larger wheels.
