Default Uneven Brake Rotor Wear, Sticking Caliper Slides?

I put new pads/rotors on my truck 50k ago and they started squeeling bad recently. Took a look at them and found this:

Outside face of rotor (fine in my opinion):

Inside face of rotors (trashed)

Called the guy that did the install and he said its because the slides on the floating calipers dont work and cause uneven wear. Makes sense. That and having the truck sit undriven a lot will make it worse, this happend at College as it sat ouside summer and winter and only got drove once a week if that.

Anyone else seen this? What do I lube the caliper sliders with? How do get at the slides?

Take a pic of both of the pads. The inside pad is always going to wear faster then the outside. But if the inside is metal on metal and the outside still looks new then you have a problem. You can use anti-sieze or really any sort of grease to lube the slides.

The inside pad is about 1/2 as thick as the outside, no where's close to metal on metal.

Someone said dielectric grease for the slides. Do I just pull on the rubber boots and shoot it in there?

pull them apart and clean realy good and put anti seize on the slider and then put it back in and move it around. i do this every brake job. keeps them in good working order.
