Oh you'll need a speed sensor reference. You can usse 1 of the wheel speed sensors if you don't mind losing abs

There is a guy over on tech, "bigworm" that I know converted his sons Z28 over to a TH350. If your gonna go old school its a good option. Its way lighter then the other two and it is plenty strong to get a car or truck in to the 9's.

I've been reading about a few people getting a vss for a 90 454 ss with a th400 trans and wiring it up

Im pretty sure he went 4L80E after he killed the TH350.

yes sir it happened i had a blast with the ole three speed. but for future reference a long tail th350 doesnt require a new drive shaft or any cross member mods. but i went with a short tail because thats what i had. i used a single piece drive shaft out of a 80s model long bed truck that we cut down. and had to modify the crossmember. but it took it like a champ. but right before it went out i have been saving up for the 80e thats what i would recommend doing from the get go. but as i stated before i was pretty broke at the time and had to use what i had. if you have any question feel free to ask
