Default TT2 Wheel Question!!

Ok Im really a f-body guy and I dont know a whole lot about the trucks. I recently bought a 2000 rcsb with a 5.3 2wd My question is, is there a way to swap out rear ends to a 5 bolt hub....and this is gunna sound stupid, but I want to do this so I can run Torque Thrust 2 wheels..only becasue I havent seen a truck my year modle with them. Also, is this even possible because of the front hubs? Do they even make a 5 bolt that will match up to the rest of my susspenion? I dont care a hole lot on the cost of the prodject...i just want to get started on it! Any advise will be helpfull!

You can get them for our trucks but since they are 6-lug the are 6-spoked. there are a lot of trucks on here with them.

The front hubs need to be welded and redrilled for the 5x5 bolt pattern and the rear axles swapped out for OBS axles if i recall correctly.

yea..i figured that the front would probably have to be drilled...i also read that the rear ends from the impalla's work? since a local body shop has one from a ss impalla for pretty cheap is this correct?

You might be able to make it work, but you'd have to take some measurements and also weld some spring perches on it since the impalas don't have leaf spring rears.

You'd be better off finding an OBS rear end in a junkyard.
