TrueTrac and JL4 Active brake control
#1
Is anyone with an AWD Escalade or Denali with JL4 active brake control running a truetrac in the rear? On paper it seems like the two would complement each other very well but I don't want to waste the time or money on an install if there is something I'm missing or if the two would end up fighting each other.
What's everyone's thoughts on this?

The "idea" was, with the active electronic deal, no need for a mechanical one.
Can't see any reason you couldn't use a mech one as well; just, then, the electronic system will manage any excess spin that DOES occur. Nothing can "fight" anything; after all, it's not like one or the other is going to try to MAKE a wheel spin, or any such. The one prevents it by distributing power, the other manages it by applying the brakes to a wheel that DOES spin, in spite of whatever else is going on to control it, including nothing at all.
