Default Truck is rolling again - sort of?

Bryan(axisT6) installed the new gearset today - excellent work on his part! For those who didn't know, I stripped the ring gear at the track a couple of months ago.

After the new gear install, the truck would free spin around turns in first gear intermittently under light throttle. The Eaton LSD was not replaced but appeared to be in good shape. Is it possible for the LSD to free spin like that? I've got a level 4 FLT waiting to go in it, but I'm worried about the LSD now. I don't think it's the LSD, but it was strange that it only happened in the turns.

BTW, I was having to 2 foot it around the corners because it had to relearn the idle....so there was a little more load on it in the corners.

Transmission is done

I was hoping to get down to my office to pick up the FLT tranny today, but now I've been reduced to only having 2nd gear. Looks like I'll still have to borrow a truck to go pick up the tranny

I drove it around a little today and found that the problem was only happening in first gear in the straights and turns. After about 2 or 3 miles, I'm down to only having 2nd gear

actually, the gear failure was because the gears were installed improperly...it was just exagerated and escalated by the 6.0
