Do you have the tow package on your truck? I do and mine is rough riding. My step-dad had a similar truck but without the tow package and his rode like a Caddy. Mine was listed as a $99 "heavy duty suspension" option on the sticker.

Yeah it does have the tow package. It drives increadible when towing my heavy *** boat or my sled trailer. I honestly feel like I am in a caddy when towing. Any ideas how to get that ride without having to tow in the process??

I have no clue how to get the same results without towing or just adding weight to the back. I would like to know myself.

you may want to check your front bump stops, i work at the local dealer in parts, and when we install a set of factory 20's on a 2wd, gm says to replace the original bumpstops to a smaller set they make. I don't remember the part number. also if you get a shake when you apply the brakes, you will need to remove the star lock washers that are on the lug studs. Hope this helps

According to what the guys at the dealership said, because I didn't get low profile 20's and decided rather to keep my stock tires that the drop kit wasn't meant for the regualar size tire or some load of BS. I'm gonna give Belltech a call and see if they have a set-up to reduce the crappy ride. I heard air-ride is the way to go. Rather not go through all that though, coil-over's sound good.
