Default Tru Cool 40k install

Just got a Tru cool 40k trans cooler waiting for install. One problem is i dont want to mount my intercooler for my TVS1900 and trans cooler together. Im searching for a way to mount it under the radiator behind the valence. Would it get enough air flow there? I have an 02' silverado 1500 and it doesnt have any openings in the bumper. Would i have to install a rigged up scoop to redirect air in the cooler? Any advise would be appreciated.

Mine is with the magnacharger heat exchanger and radiator. I have a 2800 stall and my trans doesn't get over 150° in the summer, in traffic and in the TX heat. Are you just worried about it not cooling efficiently?

You have ur tru cool and intercooler mounted in front of radiator? The reason i wanted to mount the trans cooler under behind the bumper is because in the 2002 silveradothere isnt enough room to mount the maggie intercooler amd trans cooler together

Ah, okay that makes sense. Yeah mine are just both right together back to back in front of the radiator. Maybe do an 06 front clip! Lol.

So i took a look into where my radiator and stock trans cooler goes. There is not much room there. Im thinking in prder to mount my trans cooler and my intercooler for my maggie ill have to remove that AC cooler or whateber that is in front of the radiator. I dont have a funtioning ac unit anyways so thats not a big problem. Does anyone else have any tips or has someone done it before? Im getting a a tru cool 40k and a maggie tvs1900 for the 2003 and mounting on my 2002 with a custom throttle cable bracket.
