on another note, it really doesn't sound like its coming from the engine bay, any other ideas before I eliminate and/or fix the issue on the J-Tube?

 

try whistling back... maybe it just feels lonely and wants attention jfwy

 

every whistle i've ever heard was either a cold air intake or a exhaust leak. one time, my actual exhaust TIP was causing a whistle sound. wkdivr can back me up on that one. it was from my magnaflow cat-back. either way, good luck!

 

Does it go WOO WOO? If so, then its the whistler tips you installed.
