Default Transmission Temperature Low's and High's

What is the ideal range you transmission builder's perfer? I read that running to big a cooler can also cause problems.

tru-cool.. 40k.. .. wont go above 160* on hard runs.. and there no downside on running a big cooler.. i still have the same Oil pressure....
