Default transmission pump clutch went out again!!? WTF

ok this is the third time that this has happened to me. The transmission pump clutch went out. i installed a trans temp gauge, a new in-take fuel pump, cleaned the tb, adjust the throttle, etc. Temp on the trans was good but it still went out. What else could it be? do i need to have some one adjust the shift points? do i need to take it to a dyno shop to have then adjust it? i just got to work so i have to edit this later to add more detail. thanks Dave

so whos installing the trans, that could be your problem, the torque converter not seating all the way or not properly seated
