Default Transmission help???

Need a little help diagnosing a tranny noise. Truck has stock 4l60e trans, sometimes when at a light with foot on the brake trans makes a clunk noise it's not loud but you can feel it in the brake pedal and truck feels like it wants to go forward a little. Truck has 50k miles, mild cam and full bolt ons. Truck has never been at track and is not beat on, truck does see some wot pulls but very rarely. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

Check engine mounts and trans mounts first

Sounds like it is the slip yoke, lube it with trans gel. It is a very common problem. There is no fix for it either, other then lubing it.

Fluid and temps should be fine. However haven't checked fluid in a while. No temp gauge so temps are unknown. Everything runs fine during normal driving and hard acceleration, just the problem at lights. I will check eng/trans mounts and fluid in the morning. Thanks for the suggestions.
