torque? man... you gotta use that special wrist-torque mechanism. Southern folk got dat beer-torque down pat! After a six-pack, tighten down as tight as you can with two fingers pulling the ratchet.

Seriously.... don't over-tighten the valve body. Half-turn after a snug hand-tighten will do.

When i installed my Superior Servo kit i only lost bout 5 drops of ATF.....

Ive only pulled my trans 6 times in 7 months... i about got this stuff memorized.... 16 bolts, 17 nuts, 13mm wrench, 15mm wrench and socket, 11mm wrench, 22mm socket, and 1/2" socket for my ARP TC bolts.. is it bad when i know all this stuff by memory???


So whats the outcome???

what specifically? ask some questions, and we'll help ya figure it out.

The HD2 wasn't difficult to do. The instructions are pretty straight-forward. The servo install should be a good bit easier than that. What servo did you get again (don't remember)?

Hey 1Badc10 thanks for all your help..

I got the valve body in and took it for a ride.........................its going to the trans shop hopefully today to get check over and have them do it right...I should have just had them do it in the first place...I the corvette servo went in nice and easy...
