Hey Guys,

Those of you who have installed the Transgo 4l60e-3 manual valvebody with the vacuum modulator for line pressure, could you post up a pic of your kit and how the vacuum modulator works.

I think installing this kit on my current 4L60E would resolve alot of issues for me. I've read you need to remove the trans from the truck (no biggie) but does the kit require a partial rebuild aside from replacing the valvebody?

Bit the bullet and ordered the 4L60E-3 with 46-mod kit. I see the case needs to get drilled to run the vacuum port for the modulator. So I'll pull the trans tomorrow and have it waiting. I'll post pics of the install. Cheers ~Mykk

it's times like this I miss working in a shop with a lift and air tools.
