No but, I think I should have. I love the converter got the truck back on the ground today. I need gears now so I guess that's the next project. I'm thinking 4.10s maybe 4.56s My tires are 29.7 tall. I don't know.

yours is a 4x4 right i am thinking 4.10s i just always seem to go to conservative what size tires do you have? on your 99

35's... Couldnt imagine 4.56s behind a 4l60, actually i take that back i did it once in an 86 k5 blazer and wouldnt do it again.... Cost me a tank of gas each way for an hour and a hlf trip!!! Was fun in mud but on street wasnt so much fun!!

What cooler you running? Should be about 12qts give or take based on fairly dry converter and a full rebuild...if your running a 40k cooler plan on 1/2-1 qt extra

I put this one on and by passed the radiator. I have 10 in it and the dip stick shows its over full. But i drove it this morning and it acted like it was low but after it warmed up it was better maybe ill add more see what happens.

Is the pan deep or shallow abd what was the original trans?

ok so I fucked up this trans as well the fluid is burnt and when its cold it doesnt want to move. once it warms up it acts fine. I'm going to drop the pan in the morning and see whats in the pan. I'm about to sell the stall and put everything back stock. anyone want a truck? FML could my tach not working in the dash have something to do with it? when i hook up the torque app i see the tach but the one in the instrument cluster doesnt work
