Trans pump removal advice?

Trans pump removal advice?
Hey all, i'm struggling to get this trans pump out. Just wondering if anyone knows of a trick or two to get the damn thing out. If not i'll just have to keep wiggiling it till it comes out.

Oh well got it out...
Stupid noobie... i need to pay more attention to things. Broke the TCC Solenoid in the process. (it was plastic anyway.) Oh well 1 more part to replace lol.
