Default Tranny problem !! Help !!

I think I'm screwed. I floored my truck last night just to have a little fun In the rain but now that I think about it's not fun at all !
When I accelerate from a dead stop it won't shift out if first until about 3k. I installed a covette servo last week, is it something to deal with the servo not being installed properly or did I screw my 60e ?

But does it slip or bang? do you have a way to scan the truck and log data to see when the shift is commanded vs when it happens

Is more like a bang, after it shifts to 2nd it shifts normal. If I keep it at 2k RPM for like 5 seconds it will shift to 2nd. Or if I let go off the gas at 3k RPM for a second it will also shift into 2nd.
