Default Tranny noise??? Help please

I have a loud noise coming from underneath my truck, I think around the torque converter area. I raced a 383 stroker 70's nova and when it shifted from 1-2, it started making a rattle noise. I let off and it rattled for awhile. It eventually went away.

It came back a few minutes later. It usually makes the noise loud when I attempt to brake stall it. It also makes noise when decelerating. When I put it in nuetral, there is little or no noise. It seems the noise will go away as the rpm's go up.

Im open to any suggestions. Thanks!

A fin in the torque converter could have come loose, just another thought.
