Tranny Cooler Suggestion?

Default Tranny Cooler Suggestion?

hey guys i have lv5 4l65E and still have stock tranny cooler. i burn my clutch because of stock cooler once and i dont want to go thru that again. it's time for me to get new bigger tranny cooler.
i dont want something that need to be fab a lot. N E suggestion???

b&m or tru-cool 28000gvw...the bolt up and look factory...search for mine or quik ...quik's looks like the nice of the two

My highway temps have went from 180 and above on the highway to just barely over 100 after the cooler install...i use an autometer cobalt tranny temp gauge with the sensor in the test port on the side... just to kinda give you an idea

thanks, looks like i'm going with tru-cool transmission cooler. both picture looks good.

Off topic, but is front u joint and rear u joint same? mine clunk.
i got part# from GM and do i need 1 set of u joint kit? or i need it for both front and rear?

I'm running the biggest B&M cooler they make, was bought for a mid 8 second street/strip f-body but ended up here. It has 1/2" fittings, using all AN stuff on it. Very nice setup.

wow i forgot i even posted a cooler pic. thats my old cooler on there. i then switched up to the larger B&M cooler that used 1/2"fittings and extended down a few more inches and i used a flex-a-Lite fan for cooling
