Default tranny behind a built 370 6.0

I am working on putting a stock bore 6.0 or 370 in my 92 step side (depending if my block needs work or not) the motor will have a set of patriot stage 2 68cc heads forged flat top pistons and rods and a tr224 cam. My truck has a 5 speed in it now and I was thinking a t56 would be a good choice but I am open to options. what gears should I run with the set up? It will be a daily driver so this is why I was considering the t56, I was thinking 3.73 gears but not sure, it has 3.08's now. I just want the work truck to be almost as fun as my 02. The 02 bill be stroked very soon

If you already have a 5-spd the T56 would be a huge improvement in strength and performance. You should also see some improvement in mpg's.
