Default Trailblazer converter ?

I see that alot of you guys are using these converts. I also am reading about other converters failing. Has anyone using the trail stall had problems with them. Just want to see because I might go that route and try to save some cash. Any feedback would be helpful. thanks

a certain member here (I'll leave the name out) with a z71 and a cammed 6.0 just put one in. I went for a ride in it tonight, I was quite impressed with it. It seems to act just the same as stock, very tight, until you get on it some, then you see the results when it flashes up. it offers great driveability. with his particular cam it could use a little more stall speed, but if this is your daily driver and you aren't getting "too" radical with your cam it would be an excellent choice

I've heard of several failed aftermarket converter form the various manufacturers, mostly lockup clutches, but I don't think I've ever heard of any stock converter failures, maybe I'm out of the loop, but OEM converters seem to stand-up pretty well. I'm running a DACCO remain TB converter, and I work it pretty hard, and it's still going strong.
