I have a 06 ecsb GMC and have been looking at installing a trailblazer console shifter. It appears that it shouldn't be a big deal, there is enough room under cup holder and can bring the shifter thru the cup holder just like they are doing with the 6 sp. conversion. Any body else tried this or have any thoughts. The shifters are reasonable at salvage yards.

 

Like the idea. Wondered if there were any factory floor shifters that might work with our trucks, this may be the ticket,

Do you know of any other GM factory 4 speed floor shifters that may work.

 

I was hoping some one would have looked at this set up It's clean simple thin on the left side so it will fit. Just have to see the travel on the throw front to back. I think this just might work
