traction at the strip? who has it and how
#12
Forget the et streets. They are a waste if your making any kind of power. Grind your rotors and get some M/T 15x28x10.5 drag radials. Look what the outlaw cars are doing with these tires. I can do 1.6x all day at the track. When I up the rpms on the 2-step I believe I can get into the 1.5s My suspension is bone stock other than Edelbrock IAS shock.

i do have a 2/4 drop that bigkid and i are gonna install here in a few days. with that in mind, i will go ahead and pull the front sway bar and ride like that. i guess instead of spending the money on wheels and tires i will go ahead and make the necessary adjustments to the suspension and go from there.
thanks for all the ideas and tips and such.

back from the dead.
^sheep, at that time was the truck lowered any?
sounds like some good info and results from everyone in here.
The problem is easily fixed. Ditch the front sway bar, get some Cal-tracs, Comp. Eng. front drag shocks, use wore out rear shocks, and pull the bottom leaf spring out of the spring pack. On 28x11.5x16 ET Streets my truck went 1.48 60' on the exact same set up with 500rwhp on motor.
