When i lift my truck on a lift my rear axle doesnt really drop much, if at all. But when my tires spin they chirp and the whole *** end of the truck starts bouncing..... In doing some research on traction bars/ladder bars seems an a frame style is best because it keeps the axle from leaning forward or backwards which eliminates wrap.... Originally thinking with the over and under at same time would basically form a 4 link style suspension

Are you running a lift block in the rear or is all your lift from the springs

Block....and i know it contributes to the problem. If i could find and afford a new set of springs i would, but it seems all the lift springs for these trucks are soft as hell... And all but deplete any load capacity...

Mine did the exact same thing even with out a lift block so removing it really wont solve your problem anyway. Rear shocks may help but I agree with you going straight for a trac bar is the best option.

One over and one under seems like it would be better but I would probably just go with a set of ether over or under whichever you think looks better and then your problem will be solved.

Another good thing with having the under axle bars is that if you frequently crawl over logs or rocks or whatever they will protect your drive shaft some.

Think i may try a set of the over leaf ones, $150 if they work, my problem will be solved and im not out that much..... if they dont..... Then, im out $150 and can take em back off!! Lol i think the under acles look cool but i cant find a good explanation of how to figure out what length i need, problem being that i dont exactly have a stock suspension that been lifted.... I may as well have 8" on this truck.... Between the 4" block and the 2500 leafs....

Yeah I dont think you can go wrong with that Im in way more for my single bar. I did go down some wash board roads today for the first time since trac bar and coilovers and 5100s and wow is ti smooth no rear hopping all over and I was able to keep it sideways around corners very easy with no hop. even managed to bust out some 1st-2nd-3rd gear donuts in some mud

Nice, i am looking into bilsteins for my truck as well, but i want to measure my suspension to make sure i can get some downward drop, as it is right now i am pretty sure my rear shocks are at the end of their travel.....

The lift blocks seem to make the axle wrap worse. Guys suggest going with lift springs but I find they sag out pretty quick. Or you need so many leafs that it rides like a dump truck.

A couple guys around here have made their own designs of the slide a links that are working out pretty well

I was thinking of going with the pro comp under axle as I figure with the lift block it would be better having it closer to the axle then on top further away
