Default Torsion lowering and how much to trim bump stops?

I'm taking out my 2" lift block soon and need to know how much to trim the bump stops front and rear. I'll also be lowering my front a little with the torsion screws so it sits just barely lower than the rear to kepp a little more lower in the front stance.
My trucks a 4x4 so I can't get allot out of this and thats cool by me, just want to help traction and handling a little as well as weight transfer.
Any suggestions?

In the back, you don't have to trim bumpstops, just take off the bumpstop brackets, and bolt the actual bumpstops directly to the frame. The locating holes, and everything are there. I'm still planning the fronts. Let me know what you decide to do.

One the front bumstop you will notice that it necks down a little bit in the middle thats where everyone has been cutting the bumpstop at. Really shitty sketch but you get the point this is basically what it loooks like

check out the suspension part of Parish's site, www.turbotruck.net. He's done this already, and has great pics.

He has not updated his site in a while. I wonder if he's done anything else with the suspension.
