Default Torque converter?

Im going to be doing a 4l80 swap soon, and im just debating between the single disk and multi disk. mainly looking at the performance features. i currently have a single disk 3200 for my 4l60 and love it but is the multi that much better?>

i would go with the multi-disk. I have had several converters and i like the multi disk the best... It is not really that more dollar wise either..

Multi disk is made to be locked up under more power and or heavier weight when towing. A single disk will not like being locked up at WO if you have a decent amount of power.
