Default Torque Converter

My wife really wants a good exhaust system on her 05' Grand Cherokee (5.7 Liter), and a lift with new wheels and tires. Lulz. So I am going to put my grand plans for a supercharger on the back burner for now, and go ahead and install my cam (220/218 .581"/.562" 111LSA). While I'm at it I need to stall my truck. What would be a good stall rpm for my big heavy truck (07 Classic 2500HD CCRB 4x4, 6" Lift, 35" Tires, and 4.88 gears)? My buddy reccomended one of these torque converters:

Torque Converters - GM Chevrolet - 4L80E - Monster Transmission and Performance

I just don't know what stall speed I should be looking at. Does MonsterTrans even make a good torque converter? I offroad mostly, and I do tow up to 7,500lbs occasionaly. Thanks guys.

Well I called a few companies to get the low down. All of them said that with my cam choice and my heavy truck I could run a 3000rpm stalled tc, but I wouldn't be able to tow or offroad with it. They recommended that I run a 2400rpm stalled tc, and upgrade my tranny cooler. So that's what I am going to order.
