Default Torque Converter

Im buying a higher stall torque converter for my 5.3L avalanche. im puttin a tr224r with 112lsa, shift kit, and efans on with it and was wondering if i should go with a 2800-3000 stall or a 3200-3600 stall. with the higher stall, it would be more in the powerband if im correct so i would get a better launch. any advice?

It really depends on your goals for speed vs. driveability, but I would say you will want at least a 3000 stall. If you are going all out then I think something around 3400 would probably be nice.
