Default Tire advice

So,

I picked up some control arms and a flip kit (DJM) at a crazy good price (their used).

I am replacing the balljoints in the control arms before I put them in.

I want to do a 2in coil in addition to the control arms (their 3in) and the flip kit in the back with a cnotch.

What size tire would I need with my stock wheels? I'm looking at either a 255/60/17 or a 255/55/17.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
