On a side note I got really hot and EXTREMELY dehydrated and blacked out for i really don't know how long. My buddy's blue healer woke me up with a kiss. My urine is BRIGHT yellow at the moment, but i'm chugging the gatorade and am feeling alot better. Other than my right elbow and right face cheek are kinda sore. Oh well. Sorry man you cracked me up, sounds like the day from hell. When you get frustrated like that sometimes it's better to just walk away and take a break for a while. It always seems like the simple little 5 min. jobs end up taking forever huh? Just blame it on GM Engineering, might make you feel a little better !

 

be easy on the gatorade bro.. gotta drink good ole water just as much... a mix of 1 part gatorade a 2 parts water rehydrates you well and puts the right amount of electrolytes back in your system at a safe rate.... not overloading you.

 

you'll be pissing kidney stones if you drink to much gatorade. drink Propel or Powerade Option which is the water stuff it wont shock your system as much.
