th400 speedo

Default th400 speedo

hey guys im in a toss up between a 80e and a 400. my only concern with the 400 is that i havent dug anything up here with anyone getting the speedo to work with it. has anyone been able to do this with the factory cluster. my truck is an 03 silvy 5.3 4l60 currently. thanks in advance

3/4 of the way down this page, you can find a VSS unit speedometer for the TH400. It's pricey, but could be the simple solution to your issue.

Their prices aren't great, but I've bought from them and had nothing but good things to say about their customer service and parts.

I never got my 400 to work with my speedo but I didn't pay too much attention to it. Was only in my truck for a 8 months or so. I'd be interested to see how you do it

tap in the front abs sensor and change the gear ratio on in hptuner there a whole write up on tech about it.
