Default Th400 with fmvb with shift kit

So in the next couple months im going to be building a th400 i want a forward full manual valve body with no transbrake.. Should i install the valve body with apsome type of shift kit or do manual valve bodies come with thier own "shift kit"
This will be my first trans build and by the end of all this my stock weight rcsb 07 classic should have 550hp/torque..i already have smooth intermediate drum and 34 ele. Sprag... Thinkin bout stuffin 4l 80 clutches to get an extras but ive read mixed opinions bout this...any other upgrade advice would be appreciated(within a reasonable price)... Dont need forged in and outputs .... I wanna build a good stout trans that i never have to worry bout...
Thanks
