FYI, Rusty at TCS. has been making stuff for 60e's for decades now. His 9/11 converter was in the $6,000 kenne bell syclone/typhoone 700r4/4l60e buildups in the mid 1990's before everyone was building 60's that were strong.
Do a search for Brian Hartman. He was building these to take abuse back then.

Alot of the cheaper converters are running modified stock parts and small gm type covers (vega/northstar/others.) with Sonnax internals.Nothing wrong with them but you get what you pay for.

If you give Rusty much hell, he won't sell to the public and require you to buy thru FLT and others and not direct. Ask me how I know.

BTW, PI stuff is great, and so is yank. None of these are fly by night companies. Even the real art carr can build a good converter. (CA Perf Trans)

My bad....it can lock up...just think it's not recommended by Chris. At least that's what he told me on the single disk.
