3-4 clutches are smoked. Reverse, smoked. A couple of other things had some minor wear. We're just trying to figure out what caused it. When I had trouble breaking trans pumps maybe 1-2 years ago, he scoped it out and said everythings was cherry inside. Truck stayed down for a few months when swapping in the new set up cause I had no time to mess with it with work so I didn't put a whole lot of miles on it since he last checked it. I did have slight trouble with the modulator leaking fluid in the vac line. Also noticed FLT isn't using the modulator in their lvl5 trannies anymore. Anybody know the reason for this? Should I do without the modulator this time or go back with it? Also, wt kind of mileage are most of you getting out of your built tranny?

Mine went out yesterday, 3-4 as well. I only had 59k on mine

lol... like i said i figured it was the 3-4 clutch pack.
hope they get it built right and back together soon!

He will be going back together with it tomorrow. I'm just trying to decide if I want to use the vacuum modulator or not.
