Its adjustable, thats whats so awesome about coilovers. You can adjust the height as well as preload etc. Very trick setup and is what im looking to do in the future

They sell universal race coilovers that vary in height, ask the manufacturer of the 4 link setup you use as to what height coilover they would recommend. IMO on a street truck you should be looking at 6-8 inches of rear travel so you can get a good squat and transfer weight effectively....so find a coilover that has a extended height and compressed height that has roughly 6-8 inches inbetween.....then mount accordingly. Basically you want to mount the coilover with the spring adjuster about in the middle of the coilover at your desired ride height, but if the 4 link setup already comes with the upper and lower mounts pre-welded on the crossmember and brackets....then it takes the guess work out ofit. I set my bracket car up with 2" front travel 90/10 and 5" rear travel 60/40.....but thats a completely different ballgame.

yeah... I would have said do the KP kit instead, but Macadayear beat me to it....

with all of the $$$ you are going to waste on trying to duplicate a stock SUV's setup, you might as well do it RIGHT for cheaper.

Get a Real 4 link... not the stock setup from a tahoe that really wouldn't be a good setup for these trucks.

either convert to coil overs or get Air bags.. I am going to use Fisrestone F9000 sleeve bags and the KP 4 link on my truck... It should hook up like a champ, not to metion 100% adjustable in seconds.
