t/c spacer?

Default t/c spacer?

went to install my t/c today.... and it seems to have some play.... like it needs a spacer or something.... is this common? and what would i use to space it out....
any help would be appreciated...

Torque converter...I haven't heard of anybody needing a spacer, what brand is it?

an art carr.....
it was outta of an 05 4l60e
which is what is it going into...
but the flexbolts bolts bottom out with about a 1/4 inch of play.... tween the flexplate and verter....

did you get new bolts or are you using the same bolts? did you lay the next to each other to see how they looked?

Maybe that verter requires shorter torque converter bolts?

I thought there was supposed to be space between the converter and flexplate?

push converter tight toward tranny, if there is more than .187 between converter and flexplate you need a spacer/washer. i just slide a grade 8 washer in there than bolt it up.
