Sway Bar Upgrade for 2003 GMC Z71
#3
If you want a $15 45minute upgrade go to Autozone and buy a set of Energy Suspension swaybay end link bushings and install them on your front anti-swaybar. They will make a difference that you can feel, small difference but cheap and easy. I ran them for about a year but replaced them with a set of Addco bars and end links f & r, big difference.

Is it really worth the extra money to go with Hotchkis over Eibach? Hotchkis seems to go for $507 no matter where I look (if anyone knows of less, post it up), but I can get a set of Eibach's for $285 new on ebay. This would be going on the tahoe in my sig. And sorry for the post hijack, I thought it was relevant.

I love my Hotchkis setup. Tbyrne has the cheapest prices around for Hotchkis bars. I wanted to have an engineered package on my truck, meaning a front and rear bar that were ment to work together. Adding another bar from another application could create more problems for your handling balance.
BTW, you don't have to move the gas tank to install. However, installation does take a bit longer due to drilling the holes in the frame. search my name and you will see pictures of my install.
