Default Subframe connector snaped!

I was backing up in my friends yard and by some very bad luck my front subframe connector (the one that is positioned diagonally under the front end on the drivers side) got hung up on a stump. So after trying to get off of it under the trucks on power I had to get my firend to pull me off. When he pulled me off the subframe connector snaped off. And its not like the bolt holding it on snaped, but the rod sheered in-half right off the frame. Now, I have no idea how they are going to fix this and how much it might cost. Anyone have any idea as to how much this might be?

the bolts are still intact, but it sheered off of the frame where it was stamped into the frame.

That rod is just bolted to the frame I thought. Dont have a truck that has one of them.

Are we refering to the cheap metal tube under the truck that looks like the missing piece to a swing set? With two more kinda like it right behind the tranny?
