torque and traction break hard parts. Shift kits save bands and clutches.

ive got torque and traction in the ecsb and havent broken any hard parts. i figure if i had a shiftkit something woulda broke a long time ago

Do you feel lucky with this "new" stock transmission? I hear you on torque and traction theory. True or false, I can't say. Time will tell, I guess.

i may be getting another job tomorrow (fingers crossed) so i might just put in a stocker under warranty and buy a FLT and put the stocker to the side as a backup im guna see how long i can run on this transmission until i totally lose 2nd

27k sounds pretty fair. You must not be rompin' it all the time.
Re: Warranty
My (friendly) dealership told me that they can cover most anything under factory warranty up til 100k now, at their discretion.

no thats the 30mph 1st gear drops under bridges lol. get the loud open longtubes along with the squeeling 285 series tires i hop if first too
