Default sticky 17s for the street

I've done a little looking around and haven't found much really.

I was looking for something like a 555R, new style ET street, M&H, something considered a "drag radial" to run on the back of my truck. It doesn't see many miles since I got my new truck so wear isn't a concern. I'd like as close to 30" as possible. I've got 275/60-17 Falken STZ-01 all the way around now so I'd like to keep the same height, wider would be nicer....

If any of you guys know of anything let me know. Thanks.

you wont find a drag radial for sure, i know it sucks!

general grabber UHP does make a 285/60/17 that ive been very tempted to try out.... even though i know it will still be worthless!

That completely sucks.... I really want to stay on stock rims and keep it stock looking. I know MT makes a 17" ET street but its like 26" tall... It would look terrible, and probably still not be enough

Some taller ETs or M&Hs would work out perfect....

AP, I think Falken makes this tire in the same size, I've hooked it once on the street (before the turbo) but now anything under 60 is pointless given the stall/boost....

This is what Ive been bitchin about for 3 years. We need a Drag radial for a 16'' rim 9'' wide 11'' section width = perfect

Yeah, it would.... They are out there but from what I've seen is the height is the problem... I need something around 30" for the street.

And asking for a 17" rim is definitely too much to ask I guess.... They'd sell like crazy to the truck guys if they produced them something like a 29(or 30)x11x17 street tire???

The best bet is the m&h 275/50/17 dr. I have a buddy that drives around with em and is pleased. They are mounted on 17" stock alloys

Yep, that 345 and that 275 both are 28" tires....

My rims are too narrow for 345s and the 275s are 2" shorter than what I've got all the way around now, wouldn't look right.... Unless..... I went with more drop (3/5 now) and a smaller tire up front.... Hhhhmmmmmm decisions....
