Default Steering/handling upgrades

I have a 99 regular cab 2wd 2/4 drop on 22s truck has a 4.3 for now I’m trying to make everything other than the drivetrain as reliable and fun as possible until the truck is 25 years old and i can go crazy with a new motor. The truck is lowered 2/4 and has big aftermarket hellwig sway bars, full set of urethane bushings and beltech shocks. I’m looking for anything else to upgrade to make the truck handle better and just be more fun to drive, I’ve looked into different steering boxes and am not sure what conversions are possible or cost effective. Anyone who has any idea or experience please share. Thanks in advance.

Get rid of the 22's and switch to some 18's with good tires.

You will be getting rid of a ton of dead weight and it'll make handling way better.

Get some front coilovers too, that will help a lot. Even some traction bars for the rear.

Coil overs up front definitely makes for a better ride
