Default Steering box

Been noticing some play in my steering and when I had it on the rack the other day I wiggled everything around and it's definitely from the box (200k miles).

So I guess my question is, is there an adjustment like an older steering box, or do I need to replace it and if I need to replace it is there a quick ratio one available?

I replaced the inner and outer tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm, and idler pivot with Moog ones, and the steering still had play. Tried adjusting the nut on top, no luck (127k miles), then I found a rebuilt one on ebay for a great price and that has made worlds of difference. Much easier to turn the wheel and no play on the freeway. The worm gear on the inside wears out (at least that's what my mechanic friend told me)

make sure not to tighten the screw more than a 1/4 turn after you loosen the nut
