Default Which stall will flash higher rpm's?

Which one of the two converters I have listed below will be loosest of the two, and also give me the highest stall speed on 5.3L with a 4L60E? The Yank or the Circle D?

YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 3000 4L60E/4L65E
278 mm, 3000 stall, 2.21 STR, 98.6% efficiency!

OR

Circle D 278MM Street Series
High Carbon Lock-Up Clutch
Stalls from 2800-3200

My guess is the Yank will be looser but I can't say for sure. I have the Circle D and mine is nice n tight so I get good MPG's in the city and stalls up to about 2800 with my mods.

I haven't driven the yank tho So i'm not sure if there even is much of a difference in the 2 as far as latency goes.

will it stall to 3000 with slicks? or is it 2800 on your street tires?

Both of those converters are reworked TB converters. One costs $550 (Yank) and the circle D is $375. I would go with the circle D even if both cost the same. But it being that much cheaper makes it a no brainer.

I had a TT3000 and it was pretty tight, but it flashed right to 3000

The TT3000 in my truck is real loose. But I'm sure my truck's size and weight is the reason for it.
