Default Which stall will flash higher rpm's

Which one of the two converters I have listed below will be loosest of the two, and also give me the highest stall speed on 5.3L with a 4L60E? The Yank or the Circle D?

YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 3000 4L60E/4L65E
278 mm, 3000 stall, 2.21 STR, 98.6% efficiency!

OR

Circle D 278MM Street Series
High Carbon Lock-Up Clutch
Stalls from 2800-3200

really depends on mods, weight of the truck, etc...

any reason for going with the 278mm vs something smaller???

but out of the two, I'd go with the Circle-D, and I've owned both.
