How do you use the truck? If it's a daily and a tow rig that will limit you. If you tow that will require certain things as well.

All that said with no idea what the answers will be the best performance and drivability combo will likely come from a 258mm in the 3200-3400 range.

For real fun I would be looking into boost. That will drastically change your converter selection...

If staying NA what I mentioned above would work wonders.

Positive displacement superchargers typically pair well with lower stall converters. That cam that you have is also very mild for a 6.0 Given this information you could run a fairly low stall speed and be just fine. Personal preference, but if you go with a high stall you will not be utilizing all that low end tq that a small cam'd 6.0 with a blower will make.

This might be bad example because its the stock 4l80e torque converter but now when I punch it from dead stop it doesn't do much tell 3200rpm then the tires wax off tell 3rd gear. What im trying to get at is will the 1000rpm to 3000rpm dead spot go away with a tvs2300 and lower stall TC or is higher stall still needed

Yes the blower will eliminate that dead spot. With that cam it should still be responsive down low, you may want your tune looked at.
