Yeah but your z dont weigh 4500 pounds either. You aint gonna get a better 60 better with a 3000 compared to a 3600-4000 in these heavy trucks. Use the search button and look at the fast n/a trucks stall speed. A car dont take as much converter to have good 60's. Sometimes big is bad but almost every fast truck on here as a larger converter for only one reason which thats what it takes to make 4500 pounds 60' good unless f/i

you have a point to some degree getonit... however I've seen some of the quickest trucks with smaller converters... there is so much more to it than just the converter to get it to 60' good... problem with the trucks is the lack of adjustability in the suspension... that's a big killer... The Z ran from a 20 roll 10000% harder with the 4200 than the 3200... I wish I had put this big converter in my old RCSB and ran it, I know it would have been sick, I'm pretty sure I'll love the SS3600 in my crewcab, its just such a heavy bitch...
