Default stall question

ok i have the cam put in and have sorta thought about a stall and need some help. the truck isn't a daily driver, it sees offroad use mud trails and if i'm brave some rocks. so i want a lower stalll converter since it would help keep my tranny temps down. so far ithought about the trail blazer stall or yank stealth. how do you guys think eather of these would do with my cam 210 218 .551 .551 112lsa

With that cam those should work good. I have a 3000 stall and play in the sand and mud quite a bit. It does get hot from time to time though you should get this tranny cooler.
My tranny cooler
It is the biggest one that I know of that you can buy and it allows me to tow witha 3000 stall. I wouldnt go over 2200-2400. Sounds to me like the tb stall will fit the bill the best for you.

You could also go with a hughes Performance Street Master 2500 stall. Thats the one I have although I am planning an upgrade soon so I can use a bigger cam. But they are very affordable also, and would run fine with that cam.
