Default squeek from driveshaft?

I have an annoying squeek coming from the drive train. I was thinking a u-joint perhaps. Would a joint squeek like this? Does not matter if I am moving forwards or in reverse. The fast I go the faster the squeek goes.

Yes, a u-joint will squeak. It has lost its lubrication. Get them replaced before they leave you stranded.

I haven't bought any lately, but they used to be cheap.
