Default Squeaky Springs!!! I need new springs, dont know where to start

I have a 2000 silverado 2wd extended cab has 150,000 miles

I have shackles in the rear. Shackles lowered it 2"ish

I also have Rancho RS5000 shocks, I love them less bounce much smoother ride.

If I'm going to go through the trouble to swap the springs I want to spend the extra money and get smoother shocks than the stock OM

Also want to keep the stock height

Any input would be appreciated

My 99 squeaks and rattles likes crazy when the road gets bumpy. I jammed some chunks of carpet in between the leaves to see if they could ever be silenced. If it works I will makes a more permanent solution...
