Default spring/shackle/hanger drop kit tips??

I'm thinking about starting my drop kit install friday night, I've heard good and bad stories, what are some of the tips/tricks you guys have used? I already have 2" shackles on the truck but they've been on there for about 6 years, figured I'd go ahead and throw the new ones on it for good measure. any help is hugely appreciated.

Yeah, get an air hammer/chisel and/or some good sharp drill bits. You'll be drilling on those rivets for awhile if you don't have an air chisel. Do one side at a time and wear eye protection. That's it. It's pretty straight foward, just kinda time consuming.
